It is important to note that when performing stretching exercises, you should never push yourself to the point of pain. Stretching should always be done gently and in a controlled manner. Additionally, it is recommended to warm up your body with some light aerobic exercise before stretching to prevent injury. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any stretching program.

Stretching is a simple yet powerful practice that offers numerous benefits for your body and mind.
